My favorite eyeliner is Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Perversion because it's super pigmented. Urban Decay has two versions of black eyeliner: Zero being the original black and Perversion the newer shade, the difference between their pigmentation (as told to me by the makeup artist at Sephora) is basically Zero is like the girl next door while Perversion is like porn star. I obviously opted porn star. Anyway, it stays on ALL DAY LONG and it doesn't budge until I take it off with makeup remover. Seriously magical stuff.
