My amazingly talented friend Daniel Yoon shot these a couple months ago with me as material for his assignments over at Art Center. I centered these two looks around the headwear: a paper floral head piece and a studded leather headband-- both handmade by me.
I tied each look together through color (or lack thereof) and I played up the mono-chromaticism with variety in uniformity. For example: matte silver cuffs paired with a polished silver necklace, black fabric in varying cuts and opacity, and details like the tiny silver spikes I put on the back of my JC Lanas.
